Anthony Guidice practices immigration law exclusively. He studied law at the University of Detroit Mercy. There he interned at the Wayne County criminal courts, the federal district court, the City of Detroit, and the Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission.
He was vice president of the student immigration council (carried pizzas), and was research assistant to the award winning immigration professor, David Koelsch. A member of the New Jersey bar, Guidice is admitted to practice before the United States Federal Appellate Courts in the Second and Ninth Circuits.
Guidice staunchly supports the Immigrant Legal Resource Center in San Francisco, California. ILRC is an organization genuinely committed to legal training, educational materials, and advocacy to advance immigrant rights. ILRC sincerely strives to advance those proper principals.
He is also a longtime member of AILA – the American Immigration Lawyers Association (that’s meaningless – any non-government lawyer can join AILA.)
